The Sindh High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of K-Electric’s Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petitions to December 10, as industrial consumers challenged NEPRA’s revised MYT, which imposes a retrospective fuel cost adjustment of Rs. 28 billion from FY24.
