Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed gratitude to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman for the “heart-warming welcome” during his official visit to Riyadh.
During the visit, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia signed a landmark Strategic Mutual Defence Agreement at Al-Yamamah Palace.
Talks covered regional challenges and enhancing bilateral cooperation.
PM Shehbaz highlighted the unprecedented welcome, including an escort by the Royal Saudi Air Force jets and a guard of honour by Saudi armed forces, calling it a reflection of the deep mutual respect between the two countries.
