Assistant Commissioner Hazim Bhangwar has been awarded the Best Assistant Commissioner Award in recognition of his outstanding public service and dedication to duty.
According to details, Karachi Commissioner Hasan Naqvi presented the award to Hazim Bhangwar for his exceptional performance and commitment. The ceremony was also attended by the Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Karachi, who joined the commissioner in presenting a commemorative shield to the award-winning officer.
Commissioner Naqvi praised Bhangwar for his tireless efforts, saying he worked day and night to serve the people of Karachi. “Hazim Bhangwar’s hard work and dedication deserve appreciation,” he said.
He urged all assistant commissioners in the city to further improve their performance and continue working with full passion for the welfare of citizens. “Public service requires sincerity and consistency, and Hazim’s performance is a great example of that,” Naqvi added.
The commissioner also described Hazim Bhangwar as a role model for newly inducted Civil Service of Pakistan (CSP) officers. “His commitment and efficiency set a benchmark for other officers,” Naqvi said while congratulating him on the achievement.
