The first meeting of the 11th National Finance Commission (NFC) Award will be held on August 29, chaired by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb. The session will cover a three-point agenda: reviewing recommendations for the new award, forming sub-groups, and setting a roadmap for future meetings. The 11th NFC, formally constituted by President Asif Ali Zardari on August 22, includes nine members, with the federal finance minister as chairman and the finance ministers of all four provinces as members.
