Apple reported $102.5 billion in revenue for the fourth quarter, as CEO Tim Cook highlighted both the company’s strong performance and its challenges during an interview with CNBC. Despite high demand, Cook said Apple faced supply shortages on several models of the iPhone 17 and last year’s iPhone 16 series.

Looking ahead, Cook projected continued momentum into the holiday season, with December quarter revenue expected to grow by 10% to 12% year-over-year.

Cook confirmed that Apple still plans to release its AI-enhanced Siri next year after multiple delays. The voice assistant, which was originally scheduled to launch earlier this year, is now rumored to arrive in March 2026.

In addition, Apple is preparing to expand its Apple Intelligence suite by forming new AI partnerships, following its 2024 deal with OpenAI. Cook did not disclose which companies Apple is currently in talks with, but affirmed that additional partnerships are in the works.

Cook also addressed ongoing tariff-related costs, noting that Apple incurred $1.1 billion in added expenses during the September quarter. That figure is expected to rise to $1.4 billion in the December quarter, as tariff pressures remain a key concern for the company.
